    Led by Sergio Saenz, Global Practice Director, Hospitality
    Renowned for delivering architectural excellence in hospitality, HKS guided the overall project vision with precision and innovation.
  • JBI | Jeffrey Beers International – New York
    Interior Design for Spa & Fitness Facilities
    Known for timeless, sensory-rich environments, the JBI team delivered interiors that balance luxury, warmth, and wellness.
  • Hydrothermal Design Support
    STO Design and WaterFX, both brought in by Blu Spas, provided advanced hydrothermal design services. Their involvement—also behind the iconic Fountain of Youth at Awana Spa, Resorts World, Las Vegas —elevated the guest experience through technical artistry.
