Wellness of yore, centered on flashy fitness clubs and quick-fix spa treatments, has percolated into an expansive $5 .6 trillion industry . A more holistic approach—fusing mind, body, and spirit—unfolds in hotels, salons, and clinics alike, and to heighten the experience, is often complemented by sustainable design that rejuvenates guests with biophilic elements . We sat down with the experts who are leading the charge in this field, to hear about their innovative concepts and lessons learned along the way.

- V Starr: Sonya Haffey educated attendees with a holistic approach to wellness, encapsulating the journey into five steps: Disconnect, Re-Align, Detox, Replenish, and Educate.
- DesignAgency: Matthew Davis captivated the audience with a tour of "Dimensions," a retreat for psychedelic wellness nestled in the serene landscapes of Ontario, Canada.
- EDG:Jennifer Johanson took us through Miraval and Dr. Wilkinson's Hot Springs, both properties were designed to elevate the guest's wellness experience.
- Groom Guy: Darius Davie, took us behind the scenes of his all-inclusive business model which often includes transforming unused spaces into cool grooming locations.
- Blu Spas Inc & Collier Concepts: Cary Collier shared a vision of wellness rooted in nature, movement, breath, and connection. From social soaking to cutting-edge bio-hacking, Collier shared cool experiences on the wellness horizon.
In summary, the panel was a glimpse into the future and a call to action, inspiring HD Expo attendees to push the boundaries of creativity.
The new era of wellness has arrived and promises not just relaxation, but transformation, renewal, and above all, regenerative and holistic well-being.
